Everything you need before you book.
Quick answers to the questions South Jersey agents ask most — from ordering and coverage to delivery times and home prep. Still need a hand? Call or text (609) 304-4523.
How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy. Visit our online ordering form at skephoto.hd.pics/order, fill in the property details, and choose your preferred date and time. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your shoot is booked.
What areas do you serve?
We serve greater South Jersey and the surrounding areas. Not sure if you're in our coverage zone? Reach out and we'll let you know right away.
How long does a shoot take?
Shoot time varies with the size of the property and the services ordered. Most residential shoots take between 30 minutes and an hour.
How soon will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered within 24 hours of your shoot — most are ready the next morning. If your order includes video, expect delivery within 48 hours.
How should I prepare the home before the shoot?
A detailed home-prep checklist is included in your booking confirmation and reminder emails — and you can view it on our site anytime. We ask that agents review it with their clients and homeowners ahead of time — a well-prepped home makes a big difference in the final photos.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand things come up. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
How many photos will I receive?
You receive a complete set that covers every room, the exterior and the property's best features. The count scales with the size of the home, so a larger or higher-end listing comes back with more. Every image is edited, correctly sized and MLS-ready.
Can I book photography, drone, video and a floor plan in one visit?
Yes. Photography, drone, twilight, video, 3D tours and floor plans are all captured in a single visit and delivered together, next-day and MLS-ready. You book everything in one place instead of coordinating several vendors for one listing.
What happens if it rains?
We shoot in most conditions, including overcast days, and still deliver bright, true-to-color images. We only reschedule for heavy rain, snow or other weather that would genuinely affect the shoot, and if that looks likely we will reach out to find a new time.
Does the home need to be photo-ready when you arrive?
Yes. We photograph the home as we find it, so it should be fully prepped before we arrive. Our home-prep checklist walks sellers through exactly what to do. We do not clean or stage on site, but if something still needs attention when we get there, let us know and we will work around it where we can.
Do you photograph vacant or empty homes?
Yes. Vacant homes photograph well, and for empty rooms that feel cold or hard to picture, we offer virtual staging that digitally furnishes the space. Every staged image is clearly labeled so the listing stays honest and MLS-compliant.
Do you work with brokerages and teams?
Yes. We regularly work with individual agents, teams and brokerages throughout South Jersey.
Can homeowners book, or do you only work with agents?
Most of our work comes through real estate agents, but homeowners are welcome to book directly. If you are selling on your own, you can order exactly the way an agent does, through the same online booking, with the same photos, delivery and pricing.
Who can use the photos, and for how long?
The photographs are licensed to the agent and brokerage who commissioned them, to market that specific property. They are not for resale, and they should not be transferred to another agent or reused for a different listing without permission. Full details are on our licensing page.
When is payment due, and can I pay at closing?
Payment is due at the time of the shoot or upon delivery of your photos. When you book, you will also see Pay at Close by Titus as an option: choose it right at checkout, with nothing extra to arrange with us. You get the photos and can market the listing immediately, we are paid up front, and you repay Titus once the property closes, directly from your commission. It is a simple way to market a listing at full strength without paying out of pocket up front.
Do you photograph rental properties?
Yes, we photograph rentals, both short-term and long-term. Rental work is priced differently from a for-sale listing, so it is not on the standard booking form. Give us a call or text and we will put together a quote for exactly what you need.
